Zentron helps to these industries to have an automated visual inspection of a process by interfacing industrial cameras with computer vision algorithms. They mainly focus serving Metal Forming, Agriculture and Hi-Tech Manufacturing industries.
  • Zentron and SCE has a long and healthy relationship for over 5 years and a great number of Zentron employees are SCE alumni which lead to such an MoU. A few highlights of the MoU
  1. The CoE serves as an exceptional platform for exposing students to advanced engineering methods and research as well as help Zentron to train their recruits.
  2. This helps students of SCE to tackle real-life engineering challenges with the aid of Zentron’s experience and access to technology.
  3. The CoE will also lead to start-up incubation center that helps entrepreneurs to develop their business, especially in the initial stages.
  4. CoE allows students and staffs to undergo various projects/research which are mutually agreeable.
  5. Zentron Development center is established at SCE campus, and this close proximity with Zentron are mutually beneficial for exchanging engineering thoughts and ideas.
  6. The CoE enables Zentron to share engineering challenges pertaining to Industrial Software and Systems which can be addressed by students as a project.
  7. Students involved in such projects will be provided with technical assessment by Zentron in an industry angle which will aid them in understanding engineering concepts and industrial practice.
  8. CoE also enables Zentron to apply for funding for the CoE projects from Government agencies with SCE as its academic partner.
  9. This MoU allows Zentron employees may share knowledge in the form of guest lectures or training sessions to the faculty and students of SCE in Zentron’s areas of expertise.
  10. Both Zentron and SCE will be monitoring the status of these projects to help the students stay on track and finish it successfully.
