To develop a robust quality monitoring and maintenance system to periodically evaluate and embellish the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
To institute a performance-driven culture by implementing best practices and stringent quality control systems in order to provide top-notch educational, research, and technological services.

To create and foster a community of learning in which students acquire knowledge and hands-on skills and imbibe a value system that empowers them with appropriate ethical, economic, and social considerations to inform their decision making.
To clearly document the institution’s academic, administrative, and research activities and consistently update and maintain the institution’s database.
To create periodic reports that effectively measure and assess the holistic performance and growth of the institution based on a benchmarking and evaluation process developed for this purpose.
To organize seminars, workshops, and value-added programs with the objective of improving the institution’s academic, administrative, and R&D performance by enriching the awareness and exposure level of the stakeholders.
To facilitate effective stakeholder engagement to ensure superior performance, better coordination, and adequate support for their activities.
