He also revealed that every successful entrepreneur, who has a stirring rags-to-riches story, is highly motivated, passionate, hardworking, techno savvy, courageous, and are persons of reliability and integrity. He urged the students to have an intrapreneurial mindset to seek and find innovate cost-effective solutions to problems, citing the example of how eminent businessmen from his own hometown, Haryana, namely Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal, alumni of IIT, Delhi, while working for Amazon laid the successful foundation for Flipkart,a fledgling ecommerce start-up which has presently grown to become a serious contender for Amazon.
